The Zappi pledge

At Zappi Clothing we are confident you will love your new cycling gear. However we know that sometimes things might not be perfect and you may need to return an item. At Zappi Clothing we have worked closely with Italian designers and apparel engineers to produce a range that fits the modern cyclist with competitive fit. Therefore some of the sizes may be slightly smaller than you are used to from a conventional British style or fit. All of our product pages feature a size guide however if you are unsure as to the best suited measurements for you then please contact a member of the Zappi Team by emailing ciao.zappi@gmail.com

Our returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. At Zappi we want you to have the perfect product for you. We offer free postage on returns and refunds and advice on which products and sizes will best suit your frame and riding style. We offer free postage for returns and refunds, to return an item to us please use the 'Free Post: Zappi Flavour Ltd' label found attached to your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt or Free Post return label, then please contact ciao.zappi@gmail.com we will be happy to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Please be aware that your refund may take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us at ciao.zappi@gmail.com for further information.

We are currently unable to offer free returns outside of the UK. Please return international deliveries to: 212 Steventon road, Drayton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX13 6RN, UK

• All items must be signed for
• Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the following business working day
• £15 shipping cost outside of the UK within Europe
• £20 shipping cost outside of Europe (Rest of the World)
